1. Agreement
By purchasing or using FantasticTraffic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FantasticTraffic is operated by LocalTradeTools.com ("we", "us", "our"), United Kingdom.
2. The Service
FantasticTraffic is a browser-based AI tool that generates promotional content in 15 formats for any product, service or offer. Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to generate unlimited content packs.
3. Licence
Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FantasticTraffic for your own business purposes or on behalf of clients. You must not resell or redistribute access to the Service.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any content you submit and any content generated from your inputs. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to use it. We do not store content after processing.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content is generated by the Anthropic Claude API. You should review all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for errors, omissions or consequences arising from published AI-generated content.
6. Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring content you publish complies with the rules of each platform. We are not liable for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms.
7. Payment
FantasticTraffic is sold as a one-time payment of £47 (GBP) processed securely by Stripe.
8. No-Refund Policy
FantasticTraffic is a digital product with instant access upon purchase. All sales are final — no refunds are issued. If you experience a technical fault, contact us via our contact page and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (£47). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
